General Information

Mezcalum is available to ship to most states within the United States. All orders placed on our site are sold and shipped by licensed retailers of the Reservebar.com merchant network. For that reason, product availability varies by retailer. To see if shipping is available in your area, enter your zip code here.

Mezcalum is also available in local bars, restaurants, and liquor stores across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. To find Mezcalum near you, enter your zip code here.

Our flagship Joven mezcal is made from a blend of Espadín and wild Cuishe agave that grows in the Oaxaca Valley. It is made with agave, water, and time. Nothing else.

Mezcalum is made from 100% agave and water. It is additive-free, sugar-free, gluten-free, non-GMO and vegan.

Mezcalum is bottled at 44% ABV.

Orders

You must be at least 21 years of age to place an online order. Please ensure that someone 21 or older is available to sign for the delivery at the shipping address specified. A valid government issued ID may be required upon delivery.

Backorder indicates that the bottle you’ve ordered is available at a distributor but not currently in stock at a retailer that can fulfill the order to your address. This results in an extended shipping ETA because the retailer must first receive the bottle from the distributor before shipping it to you.

While the product is still available, the shipping timeframe is typically between 8-10 days rather than the standard 1-3 days. Once a backorder is placed, retailers often restock the product, which may reduce future delays. 

If one or more of the items in your order are missing, please contact customer support at help@reservebar.com with your order number, the item that is missing, and if possible, a picture of the packaging.

We are committed to ensuring that your order arrives in pristine condition. If you received an item that is damaged, broken, or leaking, please contact customer support at help@reservebar.com with a photo of the damaged item, and if possible, a picture of the packaging. Damaged or spoiled items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Shipping

We currently offer standard shipping and on-demand delivery. There is a shipping and handling fee of $14.99 applied to every order with standard shipping.

For on-demand delivery orders, delivery fees and order minimums may vary depending on the retail partner fulfilling the order. This will be clearly stated when shopping and adding items to your cart. All same day delivery orders incur a service fee of $5.99.

If you are ordering for same day delivery from multiple stores, each store’s delivery will arrive separately, and each store’s delivery fee will apply to your order. Each store’s delivery minimum must be met by the corresponding subtotal, and each part of the order will be charged separately to your payment method. 

Please note that all orders will have more than one charge to your payment method. One for the item(s) and shipping/delivery fee for the retail partner fulfilling your order, and one for the taxes and service fee for ReserveBar. If there are multiple retailers fulfilling an order, there will be a charge for each retailer. 

For standard shipping orders, orders typically ship within 1-2 business days.

For on-demand delivery, orders should arrive in two hours or less. Any changes or modifications made to orders once placed may lengthen the delivery time.

Due to security restrictions, we are unable to ship to military bases.

At the present time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Payment

All orders placed on our site are sold and shipped by licensed retailers of the ReserveBar.com merchant network. 

Most of our retail partners accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. 

Additional forms of payment include Apple Pay, PayPal, and Affirm. If you do not see this option during checkout, our retail partner does not accept this form of payment. 

For standard orders, payment is charged when the order is confirmed by the vendor. For back orders and pre-sales, your card will be charged when our retail partner begins to ship your order.

If your order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, your original form of payment will be refunded in full. The fund will be returned to your account in 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Returns & Refunds

Standard shipping orders can be canceled up to one hour after the order has been placed. If you have exceeded this hour, please contact customer support at help@reservebar.com to ensure that your order has not already shipped. ReserveBar will do their best to facilitate cancellation past one hour, but it is not guaranteed. 

Once a package has shipped out and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, ReserveBar will be unable to cancel the order. 

On-demand delivery orders are placed to the store and packed immediately upon receipt. Cancellations or rescheduling requests can be made within ten minutes of placing an order. If an order has already left the store, ReserveBar will be unable to cancel the order. 

For both standard shipping and delivery, orders that require fulfillment from multiple retailers have to be canceled separately.

All orders are final sale.

In the event that a wrong product has been delivered, a damage occurred, or the product is spoiled, please contact customer support at help@reservebar.com. Damaged or spoiled products must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Our retail fulfillment partners cannot accept returns for incorrect, damaged, or spoiled products that have been opened or consumed. 

In the event that your order meets the criteria for a refund, you should expect to see funds returned to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days. The exact timing is dependent upon your financial institution.
