Mezcal Boulevardier Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Mezcalum Espadin & Cuishe Mezcal
- 1 oz Campari
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
- Orange peel, for garnish
- Large ice cube
Instructions:
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Pour in Mezcalum, Campari, and sweet vermouth.
- Stir for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- Express an orange peel over the drink, rub the rim, and drop it in.
- Sip and savor the smoky, bitter-sweet perfection.
